DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between Valent Kilim (“Seller”), a company registered in Turkey, and the buyer (“Buyer”), for the sale of Turkish carpets and rugs (“Product”) through the website https://valentkilim.com (“Website”).

- Product The Product is a Turkish carpet or rug as described on the Website.
- Purchase and Price The Buyer agrees to purchase the Product from the Seller through the Website for the price indicated on the Website at the time of purchase. The price includes any applicable taxes and shipping costs, if any.
- Payment Payment for the Product shall be made through the payment methods available on the Website. The Buyer shall pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
- Delivery The Seller shall deliver the Product to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The Seller shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Product is delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated on the Website.
- Cancellation and Returns The Buyer may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, provided that the Product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The Seller shall refund the purchase price to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
- Warranty The Seller warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 from the date of delivery. If the Buyer discovers a defect during the Warranty Period, the Buyer shall notify the Seller and return the Product to the Seller. The Seller shall, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, or refund the purchase price.
- Limitation of Liability The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, sale, or use of the Product.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
- Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the purchase and sale of the Product, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
